TV is available for free in Deluxe Apartment (3 adults) and for an extra charge in Superior One-Bedroom Apartment. A TV remote control is available for a refundable deposit of EUR 10. The keys and the lock for the free parking need a refundable deposit of EUR 10. Guests are kindly requested to confirm the ages of all guests staying in the apartments. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Cribs are offered to kids younger than 2, up on request. There must be at least 1 adult in each apartment. Only guests are allowed in the apartment. WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT WE WILL BE MAKING SOME IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COMPLEX, SO FLOORS 0 AND 1 OF THE COMPLEX WILL BE CLOSED. THE WORK WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE OUTDOOR AREA OF THE POOL, BUT IT WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR ABILITY TO USE AND ENJOY THE POOLS, WHICH WILL REMAIN OPEN AS USUAL.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
